Returns
Unused stock in its original packaging can come back to us within 30 days of delivery. Tell us and we will arrange it.
What we accept
- Goods that are unused and in their original packaging.
- Cases unopened, with the outer packaging intact, where the product is sold by the case.
- Anything faulty or damaged when it arrived — that is our problem, not a return.
How to start one
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and what is coming back. We will confirm the arrangement and, where the return is on us, book the collection.
What it costs
Where the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong thing, carriage is ours. Where they are simply not wanted, the return carriage is yours, and we can quote it before you decide.
Perishable and opened goods
We cannot take back food, drink or anything opened, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless it was faulty when it arrived. If you are unsure, ask before ordering — or ask us for a sample.
